This role is a B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer (Part 66) joining our close-knit line maintenance team at London City Airport, working on a modern Embraer fleet.

What You’ll Do

Deliver routine servicing and defect rectification of the Embraer E190 fleet, support AOG recovery, and help maintain a safe, compliant and high-performance operation in a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork are essential.

What You’ll Bring To BA Cityflyer

You’ll demonstrate knowledge of current CAA Part 145 procedures with a flexible approach to meet our operational challenges at London City Airport and across the network, using some of the latest technology.

Your Experience

• UK CAA Part 66 B1.1 Licence with one type rating held
• Ability to hold an airport restricted pass and an airside driving permit
• Experience with both scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Current Embraer 190 type rating is desirable; type training will be provided to successful candidates
