Contract: Backend Engineer - (GoLang & GCP)

Fully Remote (UK or EU Based, no offshore candidates) & Outside IR35

About the Role:

We're looking for a Mid Level Backend Engineer to join one of our high-performing product squads delivering cutting-edge financial systems for a global reinsurer in Bermuda.

You'll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable data platforms and services using GoLang in a modern cloud-native environment.

The mission is to enable our clients to do more with less people by automating time consuming tasks and providing next generation data visualisation tools.

We want the candidate to have recent hands on experience:

• Experience developing API’s, Event driven Architecture.
• Extracting data, managing data workflows at scale.

Required Skills/Experience (the must haves):

• GoLang
• GCP Infrastructure
• GraphQL
• Postgres, SQL
• BigQuery
