We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join one of the country’s leading innovators in hybrid battery energy systems — powering everything from major infrastructure projects to film & TV sets and construction sites with greener, quieter tech. You’ll be hands-on with the latest British-built hybrid power systems, backed by a close-knit engineering team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install, maintain & commission cutting-edge battery energy storage systems.
  • Take charge of reactive breakdowns and remote diagnostics using smart telemetry tools.
  • Be the go-to problem solver, collaborating across teams to keep sites powered up.
  • Run your own schedule with a tablet-based job system.

What You’ll Bring

  • 18th Edition or Electrical qualification (minimum).
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Electrical bias – experience in generators, automation, or HV systems is a big plus.
  • Confident with IT, tablets, and remote monitoring systems.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • The flexibility and independence to thrive in a home-based, nationwide field role.
