This organisation is investing in a next-generation Business Intelligence (BI) platform and needs a hands-on engineer to make deployments seamless and automated. You’ll be at the heart of their data stack, driving GitHub Actions CI/CD, Terraform infrastructure and Power BI release pipelines.

THE ROLE:

As a BI DevOps Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the full release lifecycle for ETL and Power BI code, with a focus on automation and reliability.

You will:

• Build and manage GitHub Actions pipelines for ETL and Power BI deployments.
• Automate environment provisioning and infrastructure using Terraform.
• Optimise Power BI data models, refresh schedules and DAX performance.
• Manage non-production environment freshness and synchronisation.
• Implement logging and observability to proactively monitor releases.
• Work closely with BI, Data Engineering and Platform teams to coordinate deployments.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Advanced GitHub Actions experience for CI/CD automation.
• Strong Terraform knowledge for environment provisioning and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proficiency with AWS (Redshift, S3, Lambda, EMR).
• Python scripting for automation, logging and integrations.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes a plus.
