Clear are now looking for a BEMS Applications Engineer to join our growing Southern Division team.
What you'll do
Manage small to medium BEMS projects, running single or multiple jobs. Design, engineer, and commission BEMS systems through to completion. Handle procurement of controls equipment and sub-contract supply chain services. Oversee Health & Safety requirements across projects. Liaise with admin and operations teams on labour planning and financial control. Supervise sub-contractors and conduct site surveys to support sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Travel across the South / South-East Division.About you
We're looking for an experienced BEMS engineer with:
Strong technical knowledge of Trend, Distech, Schneider Ecostruxure, PRIVA, Tridium or other legacy BEMS systems. Experience in control strategy design, engineering, and commissioning. Excellent communication...
