BMS Commissioning Engineer – Alecto Recruitment is partnered with a leading global Building Management Systems (BMS) provider and is seeking an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join their team in London. Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including point-to-point checks and panel/wiring panel modifications if required.
• Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and Sauter team members; report back with any design or engineering changes or issues.
• Review, configure, and modify project software and graphics as needed.
• Implement panel modifications when required.

Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum 2 years' experience of working in the UK BMS industry, in a BMS engineering role (service, project or commissioning).
• Strong understanding of non-proprietary protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and M-Bus, along with experience of IT infrastructure and networking.
• Trained in modifying software and graphics on leading BMS controls manufacturers’ equipment (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens).
• Be electrically competent with the ability to understand control panel drawings and carry out minor panel modifications.
