We're recruiting on behalf of an innovative company specialising in intelligent building solutions. If you have a strong technical background in BMS and a flair for commissioning of Smart Buildings, this opportunity might be your ideal next step.

As a vital part of the team, you will provide exceptional service to clients, helping them to optimise energy efficiency and sustainability via smart building technology.

Role Overview

As a BMS Commissioning Engineer, you'll be essential in executing the commissioning of state-of-the-art BEMS systems in commercial buildings across Bristol and the nearby region. Your mission will be to ensure the projects are completed to the highest standard, optimising building performance, and providing sustainable solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Commission BMS systems, primarily Trend and Tridium, in commercial properties

- Work alongside project managers and ensure installations are completed on time and to specification

- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

- Use commercial building knowledge to optimise energy efficiency via intelligent building control

- Analyse and solve complex faults at the cause not just the symptom

- Use manufacturer's software and complex third-party integration

The Ideal Candidate

- Solid BMS commissioning experience (3+ years), ideally with Trend and Tridium

- Expertise in HVAC controls and building service engineering

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

- Proven background in smart commercial buildings and BEMS

- Full UK driving license
