Role:BMS EngineerShift Pattern:Days on a 8-12 hour basis, to be discussed.Salary:Up to £44,000 per annumType:PermanentTrevett Servicesare currently searching forBMS Engineersonapermanent basis, to work in aData Centre environment, starting as soon as possible. This role will involve working between Longcross and Hayes,with one of the UK's leading Globalcommercial real estate services & investment companies.Duties:Complete PPM, reactive maintenance breakdown works, to BMS & EMS Systems that interact with mechanical, electrical and refrigeration systems.React to BMS alarms and compete emergency repairs.Ensure plant faults and defects are remedied quickly and accurately.Complete Risk assessments accurately for relevant use.Ensure Health & Safety is being adhered to with PPE requirements.Supervise and Monitor Subcontractors.Keep computer based PPM systems up to date.Operate Permit To Work System where needed.Follow compliance in accordance with KPI's and SLA's.Requirements:Former experience in a Building Services Critical environment, Data Centre specifically.City & Guilds qualification Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical/ Electrical Apprentice Experience.Multi Skilled Experience with Mechanical and Electrical knowledge of UPS systems, Generators and HVAC.ICT System knowledge is desirable.BMS Knowledge.Benefits:Clear succession plans and personal developmentInternal corporate benefitsFamily friendly benefitsLeadership development programmesIf you are interested, please apply or callTommydirectly on07463916725JBRP1_UKTJ
