Alecto Recruitment is working with an established and leading independent within Building energy management systems (BEMS). A company who has been established for over 25 years who work with superb clients and projects.

Due to their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced BMS Service and small works project engineer.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be providing customers with both service and maintenance support on their building management systems as duties on BMS projects
  • Manage, engineer and deliver small works and projects for clients ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • The ability to identify and investigate faults and failures in a logical and methodical manor
  • Identify and recommend upgrades and improvements across BMS Systems

Requirements

  • We are seeking an experienced Building management systems engineer
  • Experienced across service, maintenance and installations of BMS Systems
  • Ability to problem solve and rectify faults
  • Strong knowledge technically with communication protocols such as; BACnet & Modbus.
  • Experienced with BMS Systems such as: Trend, Trend 963, Trend IQVision
  • Systems experience across Distech, Niagara, Schneider, Siemens or Honeywell

Salary

£48,000 - £53,000 + Excellent Benefits
