Role Overview
My client is seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and system improvements of Building Management Systems (BMS), with a strong focus on Trend and Tridium platforms. This role requires technical expertise in diagnostics, software/hardware updates, and providing first-class client support while ensuring high system performance and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance of BMS systems. Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet client requirements.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve BMS hardware, software, and associated plant issues. Diagnose faults quickly and accurately to minimise downtime.
Implement minor system modifications, including software upgrades and hardware replacements. Support performance improvements and system optimisation.
Build strong client relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions. Train end-users in the operation and functionality of BMS systems.
