Are you an experienced BMS Engineer looking for the best of both worlds - the stability of a flagship site combined with the variety of field work? We're looking for a talented BMS Static Engineer to join a well-established BMS team, supporting a premium trading floor environment in Liverpool Street while also providing cover across sites in the M25 corridor.

What you'll be doing

3 days a week on-site at a high-profile central London trading floor, ensuring systems are running at peak performance

2 days a week supporting nearby sites, carrying out planned maintenance, service visits, and reactive works

Optimising plant performance with a focus on energy efficiency

Fault-finding, troubleshooting and system diagnostics across ALC platforms

Keeping CAFM systems updated with clear, accurate reporting

What we're looking for

Strong BMS background, ideally with ALC expertise

Excellent troubleshooting and fault resolution skills

Confidence working client-side in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Experience with CAFM systems and accurate reporting

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
