Systems engineers are responsible for the resolution of broadcast systems and engineering issues across ITN’s technical infrastructure. The role encompasses in depth fault finding and problem-solving along with pro-active systems maintenance.

Systems Engineers liaise closely with multiple business departments, third-party suppliers & manufacturers, ensuring a swift resolution of problems.

Communication is key and plays a pivotal part in the success of this role, keeping colleagues and the wider business up to date with all Support actions.
