Senior / Lead BMS Project Manager Birmingham | £60,000 – £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits Full-Time | Permanent We’re looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead the delivery of major building management system projects across the Midlands and beyond. This is a key role within a growing, forward-thinking BMS specialist. Key Responsibilities Manage BMS projects from design through to commissioning and handover Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec Drive health & safety and quality compliance on site What We’re Looking For Proven experience delivering BMS projects (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, etc.) Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills Background in electrical, mechanical, or control systems Project management training (e.g. Prince2, SMSTS) is an advantage Full UK driving licence Package Includes £60,000 – £75,000 base salary (DOE) Car allowance / company vehicle
