Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Duties for the role of Building Physics Engineer include:
* Use IES-VE software to assess energy use, overheating and daylighting to optimise building performance * Work alongside the design team and liaise with clients to build strong working relationships * Ensure projects are in compliance with Part L and Part O regulations * Provide consultancy on building physics aspects of projects * Carry out energy modelling for BREEAM projects
Skills and experience for the role of Building Physics Engineer:
* Relevant degree within a sustainability, energy, architecture, or engineering discipline * Relevant post qualification experience in a Building Physics Engineering role * Experience with IES-VE software to carry out energy modelling and analysis * Familiarity with UK Building Regulations such as Part L and Part O * Strong understanding of thermodynamics, sustainable building design, and energy systems * Strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Live within a commutable distance to Bristol
