About the Role We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Plumbing Engineer to join our Building Services team and deliver a reliable, high-quality maintenance service across our site(s). This is a vital role that includes both reactive and planned preventative plumbing maintenance, supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the facility. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external contractors, and clients, ensuring plumbing systems are safe, functional, and compliant, and that all work is tracked accurately using our CAFM system. Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break, working between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Additional hours may be required, including participation in an on-call rota. A validated DBS check is required.
