We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team. This role will be based on school site, therefore a DBS will be applied for, you will be working on a static site overseeing the Mechanical and electrical maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building maintenance and engineering, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

* As Building Services Engineer Perform planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance tasks and reactive works investigations or repairs on but not limited to, the Low Voltage electrical systems on site

* To undertake the routine PPM tasks in accordance with the SFG framework

* Be first point of call for any emergencies such as boiler failures etc.

* Use provided test and monitoring equipment for the purpose of maintaining engineering system operational performance and to aid fault diagnostics and repair, interrogate and adjust systems to maintain correct operation of plant and equipment

* The Building Services Engineer will interrogate and adjust systems to maintain correct operation of plant and equipment

* Carry out electrical, mechanical and system checks associated with maintaining a compliant environment in the relevant areas in accordance with current legislation
