This role involves working on high-end residential apartment buildings, ensuring the maintenance and repair of various systems. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical installations and repairs (18th or 19th edition). Undertake site-specific PPMs for high-end residential apartment buildings. Maintain and repair heat, cooling, and water networks (LTHW, CHW, BCWS), including HIU pumps, pressurisation units, expansion bellows, booster pumps, fan control units, actuators, and air handling units. Monitor BMS systems. Identify, report, and resolve critical equipment defects to site management. Provide emergency response for essential equipment breakdowns. Liaise with sub-contractors.
