This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. The Maintenance Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.\nPackage\nSalary**** £49,022\nHours *** 7am - 7 pm 12 hours shift- 4 on, 4 off,\nBenefits*** 28 days annual leave, Pension schemes, Performance Bonus, Company sick pay, Smart Phone, Travel allowance, Employee benefit discounts on Retails and Entertainment and Personal Development opportunities: our appraisal process is designed to identify your training needs and the personal development goals needed to progress your career.\nDuties/Responsibilities\n * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment\n * Identifying faults and carrying out repairs to electrical equipment and systems\n * Carrying out electrical installation work in accordance with regulations\n * Maintaining accurate records of work carried out.\n * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations\nQualifications and person Requirements\n· Full time apprenticeship in an electrical or Building Services HVAC discipline complete with City & Guilds 236 part 1 & 2 certification or NVQ Level 3.\n· Mechanical apprenticeship would be acceptable with relevant electrical experience.\n· Previous experience working in a modern building services maintenance environment, and able to demonstrate basic understanding of HVAC and building services.\n· It would be highly desirable for the candidate to have completed the requirements for Electrical Installation (BS7671:2018) IEE Wiring Regulations 18th edition through an approved course.\n * Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Installation and /or Maintenance Inspection and Testing, such as, City&Guilds 2391, 2394, 2395 and/or the EAL Inspection, Testing and Initial Verification Qualification.\n * 18th Edition of BS7671.\n * Technical expertise, qualifications or apprenticeship in a craft skill or engineering discipline would be an important pre-requisite of the role.\n * Knowledge of key operational procedures e.g.

They will carry out planned maintenance tasks and varied unscheduled work.\nWhat We Require of You:\nTo have an enthusiastic and positive attitude.\nThe post holder is required to be tidy and presentable at all times.\nBe able to work as a team member and to communicate effectively at all levels.
