OverviewBuilding Services Maintenance EngineerThis is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the maintenance delivery of a large commercial office block that is currently under a new fit out located in Kings Cross, London N1. The job comes with a good salary, paid overtime and a strong career path into becoming a Supervisor or Lead Engineer. You will be joining a new building that has been added to a maintenance contract with a very large maintenance service provider who has held this contract for several years and has built a fantastic relationship with the client and managers of the properties.Responsibilities75% of the job is on the tools and involved with the delivery of the maintenance contract.Managing the activities of the PPM regime and updates to the reactive callsEnsuring that all statutory building compliance is upheldEscorting the visiting contractors and the engineering servicesResponsible for the actioning RAMS (with admin support)Providing technical support to the engineering team.Carrying out additional small works projectsAbout You as the Building Services Maintenance EngineerFully Qualified Building Services Maintenance Engineer, with a strong understanding of HVAC Hard ServicesKnowledge of ground source heat pumps would be good.Good working experience of BMS and CAFM systemsDesire to become Lead EngineerExperienced in maintenance of large-scale building services applications.Boilers, HVAC, HVRF, BMS, FCU's and AHU's systems would be a plus.Desire to progress in your career.This is a busy commercial office facility and there is a huge amount of overtime available. You will have the support of a dedicated contract admin support and will be supported by the Account Manager for the contract who is a qualified Electrician off the tools.
