CAD Cam Engineer / Toolmaker Wolverhampton 38 hours a week - based on days £45,000 per annum We are working in partnership with a precision manufacturer based in Wolverhampton who are seeking a CAD Cam Engineer / Toolmaker to join their manufacturing team. This role will be exciting and fast paced - with your main objective being to design and implement tooling requirements to assist with their lean and CI projections. You have the ability to be hands on with the engineering team, helping to save time and money for the CNC division across their precision and quality teams. Key Responsibilities for CAD Cam Engineer / Toolmaker: Background in mechanical or precision engineering Strong CAD skills, ideally with Autodesk Understanding of CAM processes, any Fusion 360 experience an advantage Knowledge of cylindrical components, tooling or thread geometry Comfortable working in a bespoke engineering environment Experience with producing tooling for CNC milling machines Making Jigs and fixtures Extrusion experience is advantageous Package and Benefits for CAD Cam Engineer / Toolmaker Up to £45000 basic salary
