Position: NX CAD Engineer

Location: Milton Keynes

Inside IR35, 50 hours per week

I am currently recruiting for a leading motorsport automotive company who is seeking a NX CAD Engineer to join their team.

Job Description

As NX CAD Engineer your main responsibilities are:

3D routing of complex wiring looms within confined vehicle packaging spaces.

Integration of electrical systems into composite structures.

Collaboration with mechanical and electrical teams to resolve clashes and optimise routing.

Delivery of robust, lightweight, production-ready CAD data and manufacturing drawings.Qualifications / Skills needed

Expert Siemens NX user - 3D harness routing and electrical packaging experience essential.

Motorsport or SVO background - must be comfortable working at speed with minimal hand-holding.

Proven ability to work within extremely tight packaging tolerances

Designing within and around composite enclosures and structures.

Familiarity with system 25, Motorsport-grade connectors, sensors, and assemblies.
