Whether you’re an Electromechanical Technical Advisor or an Engineer ready to step into a support position, we want to hear from you!Your RoleAs our Technical Support Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert, assisting field-based engineers in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:Providing real-time technical support to engineers to troubleshoot faultsInterpreting technical manuals to ensure accurate part identificationAssessing the priority of reactive calls based on severityTriage jobs to streamline resource planning and improve efficiencyTranscribing verbal technical details from engineers into company systemsIdentifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with precisionWhat You BringWe’re looking for someone with a strong technical skillset and problem-solving mindset.
