This is a full-time permanent role.About the roleWorking from one of our custom-equipped CCTV vans, you will visit all types of clients — commercial, residential, industrial, rail, road, utility, etc. — across the UK. You will carry out CCTV surveys of drainage systems, assess pipe conditions, analyse results, and produce high quality reports. All this in conjunction with our Jetting Units when required, therefore you will be responsible for all site activity ensuring the team are working safely and efficiently and ensuring that work is completed within the required timescale.As a CCTV Drainage Engineer, you will…Day to day responsibility for site staff and all associated site activity in conjunction with Project SupervisorEnsure compliance of site staff with respect to Health and Safety, Quality and EnvironmentEnsure Company policies are always adhered toEnsure all site related incidents are reportedWork closely with Project Supervisor to ensure work is pre-sited and pre-planned when requiredIdentify and react swiftly to resolve problems before they escalateResponsible for all Jetting & CCTV work completed on siteResponsible for producing high quality results, reports, and feedbackEstablish good relationships and communication and resolve issues and early resolution of any potential problemsBe flexible: operates 24/7 with early starts, weekend work and out-of-hours work across the UKAbout youExperience or qualifications in the Utilities or Drainage industryFull, clean driving licenceIdeally relevant certifications such as OS19X (MSCC5 standards), plus HGV qualificationsEqual OpportunitiesWe’re proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
