About The Role

Location: Eccles, Manchester

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: Up to £15.00 ph dependent on experience

Responsibilities

  • You will be trained and familiar with CCTV drainage investigation equipment to enable accurate coding to water industry standards.
  • Consideration will be given to semi-skilled CCTV drainage equipment operatives.
  • Training: 2-3 days offsite from the CCTV Systems Group Manager and the team to cover the full position, working procedures and health & safety compliance. Training will include equipment maintenance and using Excel to produce site drawings that show drain layouts for defect identification.

Desirable Qualities

We are looking for someone with an interest in building a career in a field-based, hands-on operations role.

Key Skills Required

  • Driver with fewer than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work in a 2-person team
  • IT skills including Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • OX19 preferable
  • CSCS Card preferable

You’ll be polite and respectful when dealing with customers and the public, and observe all health and safety procedures. Flexibility is essential, as some jobs may require early starts and/or weekend work.
