Job Summary

The Certification Engineer will contribute to the development, optimization, and validation of aerospace components and systems. They will assist with all documentation compiling while ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality, innovative solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to design projects from concept to production.
  • Compile certification documentation including Compliance Matrices, Qualification Test
  • Pans and Reports to support customer requirements and other relevant aerospace
  • standards.
  • Contribute to internal documentation including design change notes, design reviews and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers for documentation, testing and supply.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to aerospace industry regulations and company standards.
  • Support manufacturing teams with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) best practices


Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in aerospace design engineering, testing and certification.
  • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and structural design principles.
  • Familiarity with aerospace industry standards, including DO-160 and EASA/FAA regulations.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA, Siemens NX, or SolidWorks.
  • Experience with GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and technical drawing creation.


Working Hours

  • 07:30 -16:15: Monday-Thursday
  • 07:30-16:00: Fridays (Every other Friday is a non-working day)
