Chiller Engineer Mobile £(phone number removed) We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chiller Engineer to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, with a focus on industrial and commercial chillers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical systems and a commitment to maintaining optimal environmental conditions in facilities. Key Responsibilities: * Operate, maintain, and repair water-cooled and air-cooled chillers (centrifugal, screw, scroll, and absorption types). * Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on chillers and related systems (pumps, cooling towers, air handlers, etc.). * Diagnose equipment faults and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime. * Monitor and adjust control systems, setpoints, and sensors to ensure efficient operation. * Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records, and compliance documentation. * Respond promptly to equipment alarms or system failures and take appropriate corrective action. * Work with BMS (Building Management Systems) for monitoring and adjustments. * Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local regulations. * Assist in planning and execution of system upgrades or replacements. * Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or servicing.
