Refrigeration Service Engineer - Midlands
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Service Engineer to join a well-established and respected specialist in industrial refrigeration, working across the North West region.
The business delivers bespoke, high-efficiency industrial cooling systems across sectors such as food manufacturing, cold storage, distribution, and pharmaceutical. They focus on ammonia, CO2, Water Chillers and glycol-based systems - all within large-scale industrial settings.

We are happy to speak with engineers from heavy commercial or supermarket refrigeration backgrounds - especially those with CO2, chiller, or pack system experience - who are keen to step into the industrial refrigeration space. Full training and technical support will be provided.
Qualifications / Experience
Time-served apprenticeship or similar technical training
NVQ / City & Guilds Refrigeration Qualification
F-Gas (C&G 2079 or CITB equivalent)
Full UK driving license
Ammonia experience but not essentialPackage
Salary: Up to £46,000 (depending on experience)
Door-to-door pay - at overtime rate
40-hour work week
33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
On-call rota: 1 in 5 / 6
Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Company van with fuel card - private use allowed
Uniform, smartphone, and laptop included
