CHP Maintenance Engineer role at Ethos Foundation. Field Based (covering the Essex area). Permanent position.

Salary: £36,000 to £45,000 + door to door + overtime pay + no rota on call. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Mixture of scheduled service work and reactive work
• Creating effective relationships within the Service Team and wider organisation
• Provide detailed site reports
• Maintaining regular communications with the service team
• Observing health and safety whilst on site

What we are looking for / Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a CHP Engineer
• Strong practical knowledge of LTHW hot water systems, including pumps, inverter drives, flow rates, delta T, boiler operations and BMS Controls
• Strong practical electrical engineering knowledge of LV power generation and distribution systems
• MWM trained
• Willingness to drive long distances and work away from home
• Flexible approach to work

Qualifications / Experience Required

• Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering qualification
• IEE 18th Edition Qualified
• IT literate with Outlook, Excel and Word
• Gas Safe qualification – desirable
• CSCS Card – desirable
• Experience with building services plant (boilers, HVAC, BMS) – desirable
