About the Role

Are you an experienced Civil Engineer ready to take on a challenging and rewarding opportunity? This role offers the chance to directly influence the success of large-scale housing developments while delivering complete civil engineering packages across the region.

You’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards of design, compliance, and technical excellence, working closely with colleagues, consultants, and approving bodies.

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing road and sewer designs with approving authorities. Preparing and co-ordinating detailed Section 38, Section 104 and Section 278 designs. Producing external levels and private drainage drawings. Briefing and managing foundation design consultants. Delivering complete civil engineering packages across the division. Securing approvals for Section 38, Section 104, and foundation designs. Managing Section agreements, inspections, and bond releases. Assisting with the discharge of engineering and planning conditions.

What You’ll Need

Previous experience in civil engineering within housebuilding or consultancy. HNC in Civil Engineering Studies (or equivalent qualification). Strong knowledge of Section 38, 104 and 278 agreements. Proficiency with: Highway Design Standards Sewers for Adoption Building Regulations Part H & BS830...
