Civil Engineer – Developer\n\n Outskirts of Birmingham\n\n £40,000 - £55,000\n\nWe are looking for an Engineer to join a multi-award-winning developer, working closely with other Engineers and the Technical Director. They are a highly regarded business with offices across the UK and a strong pipeline of developments across their regions.\n\n We are looking for someone with experience developing road and sewer designs within a consultancy or developer, using AutoCAD, MicroDrainage and/or PDS. We ideally require someone with extensive knowledge of Section 38, 104 and 278 agreements.\n\n Day to day duties include:\n\nPreparing/Co-ordinating detailed Section 38 and Section 104 designs.\nPreparing/Co-ordinating external levels drawings and private drainage drawings.\nAssembling and delivering the civil engineering package.\nObtaining Section 38 and Section 104 approvals.\nObtaining foundation design approvals.\nCompleting Section 38 and Section 104 agreements.\nDischarging engineering related and building related issues.\nArranging for Section 38 and Section 104 maintenance inspections and bond releases.\nThis is a hybrid role of design and coordination, with full development and coaching in any areas you may presently lack awareness of.\n\n In return:\n\n Salary £40,000 - £55,000\n\n Company Car/Car Allowance\n\n Bonus scheme\n\n Double employer contribution pension\n\n Healthcare\n\n Other optional company benefits\n\n For any other information, please get in touch
