Civil Engineer

We are recruiting for a Civil Engineer to join a growing civils team on behalf of a well‑established engineering consultancy. Role Overview

As a Civil Engineer in this role, you will primarily focus on drainage design, project management and collaborating closely with others to deliver high quality engineering solutions. You'll be part of a team committed to excellence, with increasing responsibility as you grow.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and produce technical designs and documentation for civil engineering projects Support project delivery from planning through to completion Develop engineering solutions, evaluate options and present findings Assist with budget preparation and monitoring: this includes planning, tracking, and reporting on project resources Prepare technical reports and ensure all outputs meet high standards

Essential Requirements & Skills

Degree in Civil Engineering Working towards IEng / CEng (or equivalent professional registration) Relevant experience, ideally within a design consultancy Strong knowledge of drainage design and relevant standards Experience designing SUDS Proficiency with Microdrainage / Causeway FLOW tools, with ability to generate network designs Experience using Autodesk Civil 3D in beneficial but not essential
