A North-East based Digital Transformation company are hiring for a Senior Cloud Focused .NET & Azure Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain integration solutions using the latest Microsoft Azure technologies. They are a flexa-accredited flexible employer and a climate-friendly workforce.

Role: Senior Cloud Focused .NET & Azure Software Engineer

Location: North-East region

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be designing and developing secure, scalable, and performant Azure integration solutions using Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Cosmos DB and more.
  • Build and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs with Azure API Management.
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code practices using ARM templates.
  • Configure and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
  • Support migrations from legacy systems into Azure with minimal disruption.
  • Mentor software engineers, review code, and provide technical leadership.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Bonus points if you have experience debugging large-scale integration systems, writing user stories, or working on client-facing agile projects.
  • Experience with version control systems such as GIT.
  • Exposure to agile project tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • 37.5 hour work week with flexible start and finish times; 3 days per week in the office.
  • Flexible hours with core hours 10–4.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Cosmos DB).
  • Proven ability to design, build, and maintain integration solutions in Azure.
  • Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs; familiarity with API Management.
  • Strong scripting and IaC capabilities (ARM templates).
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and lead software engineers.
  • Experience in debugging large-scale integration systems is a plus.
