Overview

Are you the kind of Cloud Support Engineer who sees a bottleneck and instinctively reaches for code? We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Product team and keep our cloud infrastructure running smoothly, securely, and smartly.

Responsibilities

You’ll take ownership of infrastructure issues, dive into Azure and AWS environments, and automate anything that slows us down. From troubleshooting networking, VMs, and firewalls to fine-tuning Ansible playbooks and Terraform templates, you’ll be hands-on, proactive, and always looking for smarter ways to support our platforms. You’ll work closely with DevOps to manage releases, improve helpdesk processes, and keep us aligned with security frameworks like ISO27001 and PCI-DSS.

Salary

Salary: £45k - £55k base + bonus

Location

Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office) – Office is in Ludlow, Shropshire. PLEASE NOTE, there is an option for this role to go fully remote after probation.
