Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Leeds

£18–£20 per hour (depending on experience)

Days – 06:00–14:00 / 08:00–16:00, 40 hours per week

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading Engineering business to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for their Leeds site.

The Role:

Reporting to the Plant Engineer, you’ll be responsible for keeping equipment running smoothly, reducing downtime, and delivering efficient planned maintenance.

What you’ll be doing:

⚙️ Plan, organise & carry out maintenance to maximise machine availability

Keep accurate records of preventative maintenance & repair work

Work to a structured planned maintenance schedule

Build strong relationships within the maintenance team

Liaise with suppliers, service providers & external reps

What we’re looking for:

✅ Completed a full apprenticeship with hands-on maintenance experience

✅ Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance

✅ Previous experience in heavy industry

✅ Solid organisational & prioritisation skills
