Overview

An experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a successful Building Services company to cover in and around the M25. You will work in commercial buildings and premises maintaining and servicing boilers and other commercial heating systems.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive duties on all commercial gas plant.
• Minor installation works when required.
• Servicing heating systems and boiler systems.
• Fault finding and rectification on heating, boiler and mechanical systems.
• Attending breakdowns, repairs and emergency situations.
• Ensure highest health and safety standards are always adopted.

Essential requirements

• Commercial Gas qualifications, including CORT1, COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1A.
• Domestic ACS Qualifications.
• Knowledge and experience in a similar role servicing and maintaining boilers and heating systems.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

The role will involve traveling around the region servicing, maintaining and repairing various types of commercial heating systems in a range of commercial properties, mainly education.

You will need to have a positive attitude towards your work responsibilities and adopt flexible working methods. Strong problem-solving abilities are required to meet daily duties and expectations.

Benefits / Salary

• Basic Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
• 40 hour week
