Commercial Gas Engineer | GBP50,000 - GBP56,000 | London

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a large engineering team, covering multiple commercial office spaces across London. You'll play a key role in ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and energy-efficient while working as part of a supportive and skilled facilities team.

The Role

  • Planned preventative maintenance on commercial gas and HVAC systems.
  • Reactive repairs and emergency callouts across a portfolio of offices.
  • Installation and commissioning of new gas equipment where required.
  • Fault-finding and diagnostics on boilers, burners, and associated plant.
  • Ensuring compliance with gas safety regulations and company standards.
  • Working closely with the wider FM team to maintain efficient building operations.

Requirements

  • Commercial Gas qualifications (e.g. COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1A).
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience working within commercial FM/building services.

Package

  • GBP50,000 - GBP56,000
  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Travel Time Paid
  • 1-in-8 on Call rota (GBP120 standby)
  • 2 5 days annual leave + bank holidays.
