Commercial Gas Engineer – Edinburgh & East Scotland\n\n Up to £45,000 + Van & Benefits\n Based in Edinburgh – Covering the East\n\nThe Role\n\nWe’re looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company, carrying out service, maintenance, and repair works across a portfolio of commercial sites in Edinburgh and the East of Scotland.\n\nYou’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of commercial gas systems, boilers, and associated plant, while delivering a high level of service to clients.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * \n\n Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on commercial gas and heating systems.\n\n * \n\n Diagnose and repair faults on boilers, burners, and associated plant.\n\n * \n\n Service and maintain mechanical systems including pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, and AHUs.\n\n * \n\n Work on a range of commercial buildings including offices, retail, healthcare, and education facilities.\n\n * \n\n Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe and company safety standards.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * \n\n ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A).\n\n * \n\n Proven experience working on commercial heating and plant equipment.\n\n * \n\n Knowledge of HVAC systems would be beneficial.\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence.\n\n * \n\n Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\n * \n\n Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)\n\n * \n\n Company van & fuel card\n\n * \n\n 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Training & development opportunities\n\n * \n\n Career progression within a growing FM business\n\nIf you’re an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer looking to join a reputable FM company with a solid pipeline of work across Scotland, we’d love to hear from you
