Key Responsibilities: Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas and oil-fired heating & ventilation systems. Ensure all work is carried out to current regulations and safety standards. Use CAFM systems to manage and record maintenance tasks. Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota. Travel between sites as required (company van provided). Requirements: In-date Commercial Gas Safe qualifications (essential). Experience working within prison environments (must hold or be able to obtain CTC clearance). Strong knowledge of M&E systems.
