Boiler Servicing and PPM, TRVs, Heat Plate Exchanges, PCBs, Thermostats
The majority of the works will be in the Hackney area.
Commercial Gas Installation:
Pipe sizing and design (based on flow rates and demand)
Installation of commercial boilers, heaters, and radiant tubes
Fitting and testing of commercial gas pipework (steel, copper, MDPE)
Understanding of ventilation and flueing requirements
Gas Purging:
Pre-commissioning purge (air to gas)
Decommissioning purge (gas to air/inert gas)
Use of purge stacks, test equipment, and gas detection
Knowledge of IGEM/UP/1, IGEM/UP/1A standards
Testing & Commissioning:
Tightness testing (strength and soundness testing of pipework)
Use of manometers, pressure gauges, and electronic testing kits
Burner and appliance commissioning
Flue gas analysis and combustion checks
