Commercial Gas Engineer – Edinburgh & East Scotland
Up to £45,000 + Van & Benefits Based in Edinburgh – Covering the East
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company, carrying out service, maintenance, and repair works across a portfolio of commercial sites in Edinburgh and the East of Scotland.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of commercial gas systems, boilers, and associated plant, while delivering a high level of service to clients.
Responsibilities

Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on commercial gas and heating systems.
*
Diagnose and repair faults on boilers, burners, and associated plant.
*
Service and maintain mechanical systems including pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, and AHUs.
*
Work on a range of commercial buildings including offices, retail, healthcare, and education facilities.
*
Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe and company safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
*
ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A).
*
Proven experience working on commercial heating and plant equipment.
*
Knowledge of HVAC systems would be beneficial.
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
