Commercial Gas Engineer – Edinburgh
Location: Edinburgh & surrounding areas
Salary: £43,000 – £45,000 (DOE) + Company Vehicle + OT + Call Out
Full-Time | Permanent
FM Search & Select are working with a leading facilities management provider who are expanding their team and now seeking a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer to cover planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties in Edinburgh and the surrounding area.

The Role
As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Carrying out service, maintenance, and fault-finding on a range of commercial gas appliances and heating systems
*
Performing PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive repairs
*
Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns efficiently and safely
*
Completing accurate service reports and compliance documentation
*
Participating in a call-out rota (paid)
*
Covering a portfolio of public sector sites
Requirements
*
Valid Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, CDGA1, CIGA1)
*
Experience working in a similar commercial role
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*
Good understanding of gas safety regulations and compliance
*
Full UK driving licence
*
F-Gas or LPG (Desirable, not essential)
*
Happy to work independently and within a team
