We’re a long-established mechanical engineering company with a growing commercial heating division — and we're looking for an experienced, hands-on engineer to join our busy, friendly team.

*Responsibilities:*

* Leading installation projects from start to finish. * Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs. * Performing regular servicing. * Bringing your ideas to the table to improve or shape heating system designs. * Always delivering top-quality work — we don’t cut corners.

*Qualifications:*

* Has 10+ years of experience in plumbing and heating (commercial preferred). * Loves a challenge and takes pride in a job well done. * Can think on your feet and take initiative. * Has a clean UK driving licence. * Holds relevant certifications (City & Guilds, CSCS – ideal but not essential). * Can commute to Salisbury or is planning to relocate. * Can pass MoD security checks.
