Overview Commissioning Engineer (HVAC) Leeds / Warrington (Flexible across surrounding areas) Full-time | Permanent Salary: £40k+ Responsibilities
Carry out air and water balancing, site testing, plant start-up, and fault diagnosis. Undertake risk assessments, method statements and toolbox talks, ensuring a safe working environment. Liaise with clients, contractors and site representatives to coordinate commissioning activities. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and trainees. Conduct environmental checks and commission ability reviews. Prepare and collate test data and commissioning reports using company software. Read and interpret electrical diagrams and perform inspections. Manage resources effectively to meet commissioning programmes. Travel to various project sites, with lodging provided when required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ HVAC commissioning experience Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and UK driving license NVQ in Building Services or equivalent qualification
