From day one, you'll be hands-on — testing, configuring, and commissioning advanced systems that bring buildings to life. You'll receive full training and mentorship, and as you grow in the role, you'll take ownership of your own projects, ensuring every system runs perfectly and delivers the wow factor for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on testing, configuring and commissioning of advanced lighting and DALI systems on major projects across the UK.
  • Take ownership of projects as you grow, ensuring systems run reliably and meet client expectations.
  • Work with cutting-edge lighting technology and smart building systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with electrical or lighting installations.
  • Passion for lighting systems, DALI lighting, and commissioning.
  • ECS or CSCS card.
  • Electrical qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or similar).
  • Ability to read electrical drawings is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and occasionally work evenings or weekends (with enhanced pay).
