Someone who loves to get into the detail and work on some truly interesting and unique products.\n\nWhat will you be doing? \n\nThis is a busy role where you will be carrying out a variety of responsibilities such as:\n\nLeading readiness reviews manufacturing, standards ops, facilities.

specs/implementation, PFMEA completion etc.\nWorking with other departments to bring in new manufacturing processes.\nLead process improvements to streamline workflow, reduce cost etc.\nImplement continuous improvement of lean manufacturing.\nWorking from CAD models to perform prototyping & 1st off production runs.\nWork with tooling suppliers to ensure the correct equipment is supplied & on time for projects.\nUtilise Poka-Yoke solutions to optimise programmesWhat will make you stand out from the crowd? \n\nPrior experience working with composites or plastics manufacturing.\nExperience working press & CNC machinery.\nPrevious experience implementing Lean manufacturing concepts & methodologies.\nStrong problem solving skills (Ishikawa, 8D, 5S etc.)What do you get out of this? \n\nGreat salary of £35k - £42.5k depending on experience.\n33 days holiday (inc bank holidays)\nLife cover (3x base salary)\nCash healthcare planThis is a permanent job from day 1.
