Job Title: Composites Design Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Composites Design Engineer with a strong background in Formula 1 or high-performance motorsport environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven setting and has hands-on experience designing composite bodywork from concept through to manufacture.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop composite components, primarily bodywork, using Siemens NX. Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final design release. Collaborate with manufacturing and tooling teams to ensure designs are optimised for production. Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for composite parts and assemblies. Apply design-for-manufacture (DFM) principles to ensure efficient and cost-effective production. Support tooling design and liaise with suppliers to ensure quality and feasibility. Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Experience:
