Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for both hardware and software issues Troubleshoot and resolve problems with PCs, servers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and networks Support Windows-based environments and manufacturing-specific IT systems Collaborate with 1st and 3rd line teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues Maintain and update IT documentation, including asset registers and user guides Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and rollouts Support network infrastructure including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies What We're Looking For:
