Creating content types for UI microcopy that support data and dashboard visualisations. Leading configuration and governance of a headless CMS (Contentful, Contentstack, or Sanity preferred). Defining content types, relationships, and editorial workflows for scalable publishing. Developing taxonomies and metadata frameworks to link content with structured data sources. Architecting content systems that support delivery across web, PDF generation, and emerging channels. Enabling content reuse and personalization through modular design and intelligent tagging. Partnering with developers to integrate content systems into the front end for performance and scalability. Establishing content governance standards , editorial guidelines, and documentation.
What you’ll bring Proven experience with headless CMS platforms and content modeling — ideally with examples of automated publishing. Deep expertise in taxonomy development , metadata strategy, and structured content. Strong understanding of multichannel publishing workflows and content reuse strategies. Familiarity with JAMstack principles and modern web development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
