You will: Identify, develop, and lead continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, quality, and safety. Implement smart manufacturing strategies and introduce new processes and technologies. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to streamline operations and reduce waste. Conduct time studies, process mapping, and data analysis to uncover performance improvement opportunities. Track and report on KPIs to measure and communicate the impact of improvement initiatives. You will have: Experience in a manufacturing, production, or process improvement role. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.
