Questech are recruiting on behalf of our client in Selby. This client are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer.

The Person:

* HND or equivalent in a Manufacturing or Engineering discipline or have experience of working in a Manufacturing Engineering role

* Lead Six Sigma Green Belt in process improvement methodologies - would be an advantage but not essential.

* Project Management certifications, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, to strengthen project leadership skills - would be an advantage but not essential.

* Previous experience working in a maintenance and/or engineering role.

* Knowledge of relevant Engineering & Manufacturing Engineering standards and HSE regulations.

* A team player with a professional conduct and problem-solving skills and who has a proactive, “can-do” approach.

* To assist in the development, implementation, and sustainability of capable methods of manufacturing, including process improvements, problem solving, re-engineering, and delivering capital investments.
